I graduated from Georgia State University's Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design with a BFA in Graphic Design in 2016. Through my experience in their Graphic Design program, I was challenged to hone my craft, deliver under the pressure of deadlines, and work collaboratively with other designers. I also learned the fundamentals of working in print, digital, and video production.
I then studied User Experience Design in a three month immersive program at General Assembly in Atlanta. Through GA, I learned the fundamentals of creative direction, project management, user research, information architecture, and visual design. I also gained a lot life experience and developed lifelong relationships with other designers.
I began work at The Giving Company in 2017, where I gained experience in producing emails, websites, social media assets, and various forms of collateral. I have also worked in free lance and I am currently working on my graphic novel, Adventures in Birdland.
